Gary from Miami, Florida needs some help getting some flavor from his Chicken Dijon.

  • 2 8 Ounce Chicken Breasts
  • 1 TBS Olive Oil
  • 1 TSP Garlic
  • 1 TBS Shallots
  • 1 1/2 Cups Heavy Cream
  • 2 TBS Whole Grain Dijon Mustard
  • 2 TBS Dijon Mustard
  • 1 TBS Balsamic Vinegar
  • 3 TBS Chives
  • Salt & Pepper To Taste

Procedure:  Season chicken and saute on high heat in a skillet.  Once golden brown, flip over and finish in the oven on 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.  Once done, set the chicken aside and in the same pan add in garlic, shallots, and caramelize.  Add in cream and reduce by half.  Once thick take off the heat and whisk in mustards, balsamic vinegar, chives, and do not forget to season with salt and pepper.  Enjoy
