Sarah from Las Vegas Nevada, cannot seem to get the right flavors from her bananas foster…



  • 4 Ounces Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Light Brown Sugar
  • 4 Bananas
  • 1/2 TSP Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Cup Dark Rum

Procedure:  Melt the butter and brown sugar together in a sauce pan.  Once melted add in 4 bananas sliced in half long ways and caramelize.  Next add in cinnamon and once caramelized add in rum and cook off alcohol completely.  Serve warm and with vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!
